Pale ruby in colour, this is a modern interpretation of what is now an iconic region for Shiraz in Australia. Picked early and handled delicately in the winery this is all strawberry, raspberry and vanilla cream, it is light to medium bodied and finishes with the savoury complexity of a touch American oak. Perfect all year round and can even take a chill in the heat of summer.
