A very elegant style of Pet Nat wine, pale straw in colour with gentle bubbles, notes of kiwifruit and creme fraiche and a refreshing finish.

The Pet Nat Wine style of sparkling can produce some rustic and/or robust wines but this is a quieter and more refined version. Pale straw in colour with just a delicate bead of bubbles. The fruit profile sits in a beautiful citrus meets tropical spectrum, kiwifruit-like, and is light and graceful to drink. It finishes like a ballet dancer, precise and poised with a light, lemony acidity providing refreshment for (those sunny) days!
